The Tech team allows you to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable professionals while tackling complex data-centric problems.

What you will do

• Data Modelling & Analysis:
  Develop and maintain the company's BI structure and conduct in-depth analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends. Create dashboards reports and visualizations that support business decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable intelligence. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data reporting and analysis.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track the performance of various business processes. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Data Quality Assurance:
  Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting. Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
• Market and Customer Insights:
  Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization. Provide insights into customer segmentation, buying patterns, and product performance.
• Tool and System Management:
  Utilise BI tools and platforms (such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and Databricks) to manage and analyse data. Continuously improve and optimise the BI infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
• Innovation and Best Practices:
  Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Implement innovative solutions to improve data analysis and reporting processes.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 2-5 years of extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and high-quality reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data processing frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong ability to present data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to ensure data quality and integrity in all analytical processes.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving organisation.
