Als
CTPO
wirst Du die gesamte Produkt- und Technologieorganisation leiten, unsere Strategie gestalten, innovative Lösungen entwickeln und sicherstellen, dass wir unseren Nutzer:innen, Partnern und Communities echten Mehrwert liefern. Dabei gibst Du visionäre Führung vor und bleibst gleichzeitig nah an den Teams, um eine starke Wirkung zu ermöglichen.

  • Entwickle und setze eine klare, datengetriebene Produkt- und Technologie-Strategie um, die mit unseren Geschäftszielen übereinstimmt

  • Führe und inspiriere eine cross-funktionale Organisation mit 40+ Mitarbeitenden aus Engineering, Produktmanagement, Design, Data & KI

  • Steigere Nutzerwachstum und tägliche Interaktionen in allen Nachbarschaften in Deutschland

  • Entwickle neue monetarisierbare Produkte und skaliere bestehende, von lokaler Werbung bis hin zu Marktplatz-Services

  • Fördere Plattform-Exzellenz: nahtlose Mobile-First-UX, zuverlässige Infrastruktur und moderne Architektur

  • Verankere ein AI-first-Mindset in allen Bereichen der Organisation, sodass alle Mitarbeitenden KI selbstverständlich in ihrer täglichen Arbeit nutzen

  • Fördere eine Kultur der Experimente und kontinuierlichen, hochwertigen Auslieferung

  • Pflege starke Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern – vom Vorstand und Investoren bis zu internen Teams und strategischen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Nachgewiesener Erfolg im Skalieren von Consumer-Plattformen, Social-/Community-Produkten oder Marktplätzen mit Millionen aktiver Nutzer

  • Tiefe Expertise in Mobile-First-UX und Verständnis für lokale Netzwerkeffekte

  • Solider technischer Hintergrund in Software-Architektur, Datenplattformen und KI-Anwendungen

  • Erfolgsbilanz in Product Discovery & Delivery unter einer einheitlichen Vision

  • Inspirierender Führungsstil, der cross-funktionale Teams befähigt und Top-Talente anzieht

  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Strategie in klare Roadmaps und messbare Ergebnisse zu übersetzen

  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Organisationen durch Wachstum, Innovation und Transformation

  • Leidenschaftlicher AI-Evangelist, der KI-Adoption als festen Bestandteil der Unternehmens-DNA etabliert

  • Tiefe Expertise in Advertising-Technology-Stacks

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Systemzuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance (inkl. DSGVO-Automatisierung und Datenresidenz)

  • Erfahrung in Advanced Data Engineering, Such- & Empfehlungssystemen sowie Content-Moderation im großen Maßstab
