About the job
The Corporate Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and execution-focused Product Launch Program Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches across our data, AI and analytics portfolio. In this role, you'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure launch readiness, drive alignment, and deliver successful go-to-market outcomes.
As a Launch Program Manager, you will:
- Own and drive a new product or new capability launch from initial commercialization concept through to post-launch assessment. Track key KPIs related to launch performance, team readiness, and product adoption.
- Develop and maintain launch plans and timelines aligned with product complexity and market impact.
- Lead internal go-to-market readiness reviews and status updates with stakeholders and executives. Lead cross-functional launch teams through defined milestones and decision points.
- Act as the central point of launch coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify and mitigate launch risks, remove blockers, and manage dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure internal teams are trained and equipped with the right assets, messaging, and knowledge to support the product at launch.
- Build and continuously improve scalable launch frameworks and best practices.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or go-to-market roles, preferably in SaaS, data, AI, or analytics-focused companies.
- Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proven success leading product launches at various scales (e.g., new product introductions, feature releases, beta programs).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and GTM workflows.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and synthesize information for decision-making.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Driving Execution - Translating strategic priorities into operational reality; aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results.
