Position :.net, Java Fullstack Dev Lead, Oracle with MS Access

Type : Fixed term contract

Duration :24 months, possible additional extension for 36 months

Location : Germany (Nordenham, Bremen, Augsburg, Hamburg)


• Fluent in German and English language.


• 10+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE frontend and backend development technologies.


• .net experience, Cloud technologies


• MES (manufacturing Execution Systems)


• Good experience with backend development (Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle SQL, SQL Server).


• Good experience with front end web programming (React JS / Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, ASP.Net).


• Experience in developing software in Agile methodologies


• Strong domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industry / Aerospace Industry added advantage.


• Good leadership/management experience (team lead/project lead).


• Experience working with the following Infrastructure technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Azure, UNIX, Apache, Tomcat.


• Good knowledge of MS Access.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.


• Experience working in Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) using appropriate code versioning, build and test automation tools.


• Experience in leading offshore development teams including defining coding standards and good development practices.
