The consultancy Munich Airport International GmbH (MAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Flughafen München GmbH, provides management, consulting and training services for the aviation industry worldwide. Tasks that will inspire you

• Support or lead our airport consulting and management engagements in the areas of concept of operations, ORAT, operations improvement and digitalized & automated airport operations.
• Advise our aviation clients as well as airports and terminals managed by us and participate in complex airport projects worldwide.
• Formulate and develop recommendations, solutions and business cases with attention to client requirements and present them to our clients' management on any level.
• Support or lead business development engagements together with our teams to jointly succeed in the acquisition of new projects.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the aviation industry in the area of Advanced Air Mobility, Sustainability & Carbon Reduction and Digitalization & Automatization.

Qualifications that matter for us

• You have a Master's degree with focus on business, engineering or equivalent. Educational background in the area of aviation is of advantage.
• You bring several years of work experience (min 8 years) in the consulting business, airport industry or in the area of airport operations with you. Knowledge and experience in the fields of APOC/ AOCC, ACDM and/ or TAM from either operational planning, airside OPS, terminal OPS or ICT perspective is of advantage.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in multicultural and multi-disciplinary environments.
• As you will work on projects worldwide it is required to be flexible and enjoy traveling extensively. In case you are not already living in Germany you are flexible to relocated to our Headquarters in Munich, our homebase.
• You have excellent English language skills (oral and written), other language skills are advantageous, good German language skills are welcome.
• Certified clean police record for airport pass application and police background check.
