Die Produkte basieren auf Cannabinoiden und werden in mehreren europäischen Märkten vertrieben. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für operative Prozesse und operative Ergebnissteuerung in Europa
  • Führung der Bereiche Supply Chain, Logistik, Produktion und Facility Management
  • Sicherstellung von GMP-Konformität und regulatorischer Compliance
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der europäischen Geschäftsführung und globalen Operations als Teil des deutschen Geschäftsführungsteams
  • Umsetzung regionaler Strategien und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Aufbau und Führung eines leistungsstarken Operations-Teams
  • Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen und Systemverbesserungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts
  • Beitrag zu einer Unternehmenskultur geprägt von Qualität, Transparenz und unternehmerischem Denken

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Teams und komplexen Supply-Chain-Strukturen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kenntnisse in Import/Export, Drittanbietersteuerung und Skalierungsprozessen
  • Branchenkenntnisse in beispielweise Pharma, Kosmetik, Ernährung, Cannabis.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas und nach Nordamerika
