Deine Rolle

Als Head of Growth (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für alle bezahlten Werbekampagnen auf Plattformen wie Google, Meta und mehr. Du sorgst für die Umsetzung skalierbarer und effizienter Werbemaßnahmen, steuerst datengetriebene Kampagnen und entwickelst Strategien zur Maximierung der Performance und optimierst Budgets. Deine analytischen und kreativen Fähigkeiten bringst Du spürbar ein und sorgst für einen kontinuierlichen Erfolg und nachhaltiges Wachstum.



Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Paid-Media-Strategie (u.a. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) zuständig
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Budget und die Performance aller bezahlten Kampagnen
  • Du sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kampagnen-Performance durch A/B-Testing und datengetriebene Entscheidungen
  • Du analysierst KPI's und erstellst geeignete Performance Reports
  • Du interagierst mit anderen Teams und maximierst die Werbewirkung


Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Media (idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Meta Ads und weiteren relevanten Plattformen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein professioneller Umgang mit Performance-Marketing-Tools
  • Erfahrung in der Teamführung und Teamentwicklung
  • Kreative und strategische Denkweise zur Optimierung von Werbemaßnahmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und starker Teamspirit
