Wir suchen einen Designer (Mid-Level) mit klarem UI-Schwerpunkt. Du bewegst dich sicher in Figma, baust saubere Komponenten, verstehst Designsysteme und kannst komplexe Anforderungen in klare, skalierbare Interfaces übersetzen. Gleichzeitig hast du Lust, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln — sowohl im UI-Handwerk als auch im konzeptionellen Arbeiten.

Wenn du über Einzel-Screens hinaus denkst, Muster erkennst, Interaktionen sauber modellierst und gern in einem Umfeld arbeitest, das evidenzorientiert, pragmatisch und AI-unterstützt arbeitet, dann passt du ausgezeichnet zu uns.

Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Figma-Designsysteme
  • Übersetzung von Anforderungen und Insights in modulare, skalierbare UI-Konzepte
  • Erstellung verständlicher Interaktionsflows, Prototypen und UI-Simulationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Strategy und Development — von der Hypothese bis zur Übergabe
  • Teilnahme an Research- und Evidence-Phasen (heuristische Checks, schnelle User-Feedback-Schleifen, Prototyp-Tests)
  • Aktive Rolle im Qualitätsanspruch: Du sorgst dafür, dass Design-Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar, konsistent und produktlogisch getroffen werden
Qualifikation
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im UI-Design für digitale Produkte (Web, SaaS, Dashboards, Apps)
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Figma: Komponenten, Autolayout, Varianten, Libraries, Prototyping
  • Erfahrungen mit Designsystemen
  • Starkes strukturelles und konzeptionelles Denken: du erkennst Muster, strukturierst Anforderungen und denkst modular
  • Fähigkeit, Flows und Interaktionen klar abzubilden
  • Routine in kollaborativer Arbeit mit einem Produktteam
  • du bist in der Lage deine eigene Arbeit eigenständig zu strukturieren
  • fließendes Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
  • Neugier, Lernbereitschaft und der Wunsch, fachlich und methodisch zu wachsen
