Following our successful Series A, we're investing in expanding our team – and we're excited to strengthen our Sales team with your talent and continue growing together.Quick Check:Target group: B2B energy marketing (battery, wind, PV) – our customers are independent power producers (IPPs), project developers/investors, and municipal utilities.Opportunities: High-quality inbound leads (technically pre-qualified) and strong visibility at industry events. Expect 1–2 initial meetings plus follow-ups every day.Deal & Market: Average contract value (ACV) between €30,000 and €100,000; sales cycle ranges from 2 to 12 months.USP: Industry leader in battery trading – currently the hottest topic in the market.Curious? Check out the details belowYour missionYou independently manage the entire sales funnel – from discovery call and solution demo to closing the deal.You identify decision-makers at target companies, develop strategies to grow key accounts, and realize multi-asset deals.You take full responsibility for contract negotiations – from creating proposals to securing signatures.You represent suena energy at relevant industry events, strengthen our brand, and position yourself as a thought leader in the energy tech community.You actively contribute your sales experience and market insights to help further develop our processes and offerings.You work with HubSpot (CRM), Notion, OpenAI, and standard MS Office tools – ensuring clean pipeline management and fast collaboration.Your profileExperience: 3+ years of B2B sales (closing) experience in the renewable energy sector.
