  • Du gestaltest einen revisionssicheren Risikocontrolling-Prozess und sorgst für fehlerfreies Ergebnisreporting, um nachhaltiges Wachstum zu ermöglichen.
  • Du begleitest bereichs- und firmenweite IT- und Systemlösungen und nutzt deine Expertise, um Synergien zu identifizieren und den Automatisierungsgrad zu erhöhen.
  • Bei der Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen stellst du Effizienz und Transparenz sicher.
  • Die Entwicklung und Pflege eines aussagekräftiges Performance-KPI-Dashboard runden dein Aufgabenprofil ab.

Anforderungen

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder im Ingenieurwesen mit.
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft hast du bereits gesammelt und kennst Marktprozesse, Handelsplattformen, Vertragsarten sowie regulatorische Anforderungen.
  • Du bist analytisch stark und managst komplexe Datenmengen schnell und effizient.
  • In der Leitung von Teams und der Steuerung abteilungsübergreifender Prozesse fühlst du dich sicher.
  • Rechnungswesen und Controlling sind Bereiche, in denen du dich auskennst und dein Wissen einsetzt.
  • Klar kommunizieren, Prioritäten setzen und Entscheidungen treffen – das gelingt dir souverän.
  • Du bist flexibel, selbstständig und treibst Themen bereichsübergreifend voran.
