**About IOTIS**:
IOTIS is a sports tech startup that develops a smart football. Sensors in the ball detect for example how fast a player shoots or how many contacts he has done during a drill. Combined with an app, the player will be able to receive live feedback, compare themselves with friends and teammates, and improve their skills on the pitch.
Aufgaben
- Project Planning and Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including defining objectives, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget control.
- Coordination and Communication: Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams comprising hardware developers, designers, data scientists, and firmware and app developers.
- Technical Solution Development: Take technical responsibility for the development and optimization of electronic components, devices, and software in collaboration with specialized departments.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential risks while ensuring compliance with quality standards, including experience in certifying electronic assemblies.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to clarify requirements and ensure project success.
- Technical Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update technical documentation, progress reports, and project records, while presenting project status to the executive team.
- Cost and Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Qualifikation
- Technical Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the development of electronic components and devices.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of electronic assembly development and production, as well as familiarity with standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a structured and goal-oriented work approach.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- End-to-End Thinking: Ability to approach projects holistically, from concept and development to implementation and follow-up.
