Aufgaben

  • Auszeichnung "Hotelier des Jahres" 2019
  • 144 modern eingerichtete Hotelzimmer
  • Favorite Restaurant mit Sternekoch Tobias Schmitt
  • Favorite Weinbar – über 400 verschiedene Weine, regionale Küche
  • Favorite Biergarten – Mainzer Spezialitäten, im Stadtpark gelegen
  • Veranstaltungsfläche von insgesamt 500 qm für bis zu 400 Personen
  • Bade- und Saunalandschaft mit Fitnessraum und Whirlpool auf unserer Panoramaterrasse

Profil

  • Betreuung der Rezeption in der Nacht
  • Herzliche Begrüßung und Check-In der Gäste
  • Einbringung von Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen und Angeboten
  • Reservierungsannahme und Durchführung der gängigen Empfangsaufgaben
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Reklamationen

Wir bieten

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder ein vergleichbares Studium?
  • Sie haben ein freundliches Auftreten und strahlen Kompetenz aus?
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind belastbar und flexibel?
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fidelio Suite 8 und Microsoft Office Programme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
