As our new Product Manager for Flavour Development, you will not only create fantastic new flavors for our drinking system, but also be responsible for the whole flavor pod and all innovation around it. Next to that, your first project will be on a highly innovative solution, that enables the air up experience also in a ready to drink version for the first time ever.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for our centerpiece: the air up flavors and the delivery mechanism, our Flavor Pod
• You create, evaluate and further develop our air up drinking system with your experience in food product development and your thirst for understanding and improving our drinking system.
• For that, you will use your creative juices, the expertise of our broad supplier network, as well as the collaboration with amazing air up teamies.
• You will be part of the Product Management Team, based in our Headquarters in Munich, and work in an agile, cross-functional project team set up.
• You will be leading flavor pod focused product development projects from concept to market launch, with a strong focus on our customer​.
• You will establish & coordinate supplier relationships​.

That's you

• You have successfully completed a bachelor or master degree in the field of Food Science, Food Technology, Perfumery, or related​ fields.
• You have 5+ years of experience in (food/beverage) product development and commercialization within the flavor / aroma / perfume industry or similar.
• You have an extremely fine nose and excellent developed sensory skills
• You have experience in leading and executing R&D product development based projects​.
• Not only "raspberry ketone" and "limonen" ring a bell for you, but you also have a fragrance in mind when talking about "4-hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3 (2H)-furanon"
• You think one step further and e.g. like to look at the flow conditions in our fragrance pods or look for the ideal pod material
• You have experience with bench top, pilot plant and factory trials.​
• You can think creatively, work hypothesis-based and independently.
• You have a talent in project management, and keeping many stakeholders informed is an easy task for you.
• You share our hands-on mentality, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
