We're looking for a compassionate and proactive
Employee Wellbeing Specialist
to help our teams thrive both personally and professionally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead individual and group wellbeing sessions that support mental and emotional growth.
  • Develop and deliver engaging workshops, team-building activities, and psycho-educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team Manager to implement action plans that enhance employee wellbeing.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and provide valuable insights to improve our wellness programs.
  • Serve as a role model for empathy, professionalism, and ethical workplace conduct.
  • Participate in all training sessions and stay aligned with company policies and safety standards.

What You Bring

  • A
    degree in Psychology
    and valid
    professional accreditation
    from recognized local bodies.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
    — both written and spoken.
  • Ideally
    2+ years' experience
    in wellbeing, coaching, counseling, or a similar field.
  • Excellent
    communication and active listening skills
    .
  • Strong
    interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
    .
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work
    on-site, Monday to Friday
    .
