Während des Studiums bei TRUMPF durchstarten – Innovation entdecken und Technik gestalten

Übernehmen Sie spannende Projekte, bringen Sie Ihre Ideen aktiv ein und arbeiten Sie eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Unterstützung bei Umsetzung neuer datenbasierter Initiativen zur Generierung von Auftragseingang inkl. kennzahlenbasierter Vertriebssteuerung in Partner-/Direktmärkten

  • Unterstützung bei der Etablierung von Strukturen in neuen Märkten (Markteintrittsstrategie, Branchenanalyse, Partnersuche, Lead-Generierung)

  • Implementierung eines Vertriebspartnermanagement-Konzepts inkl. Vertriebssteuerung, Incentivierung und Partnerbindung

  • Unterstützung der Area Sales Manager bei der Erarbeitung von Wachstumsstrategien für Latam, Afrika, Naher Osten, Europa und Asien Pazifik

  • Bearbeitung strategischer, organisatorischer und prozessualer Fragestellungen z.B. Digital After Sales

  • Aktive Teilnahme an Workshops inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

  • Erste Praxiserfahrung, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld oder Business Development

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
