Während des Studiums bei TRUMPF durchstarten – Innovation entdecken und Technik gestalten

Übernehmen Sie spannende Projekte, bringen Sie Ihre Ideen aktiv ein und arbeiten Sie eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Neben individueller Betreuung erwarten Sie zahlreiche Angebote speziell für Studierende, die Ihre persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung fördern. Sammeln Sie wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen, erweitern Sie Ihr Netzwerk und gestalten Sie mit uns die Technologien von morgen

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsstrategien in bestehenden und neuen Märkten

  • Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management

  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Optimierung von Vertriebs- und Geschäftsprozessen

  • Vorbereitung von Workshops, internen Meetings und Kundenterminen

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Teilprojekte im Business Development Umfeld (z. B. Marktanalysen, KPI-Auswertungen, Benchmarks)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Strategie, Consulting oder Vertrieb von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint), Kenntnisse in Power BI oder CRM-Systemen von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Affinität zu Zahlen
