What you`ll do

Summary:

As Project (Associate) Consultant, you support Co-Innovation programs between SAP and strategic customers. In those programs SAP and Customer work together to design and develop agreed-upon functionality in the S4/HANA private cloud or SCM. You will be part of the program office and support the program manager running the program.

The Role:

Steering Committee Preparation:

• Prepare and consolidate executive-level presentations for steering meetings
• Coordinate input from stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Manage meeting logistics, agenda creation, and follow-up action tracking

Customer Testing Event Coordination:

• Plan, organize, customer testing events, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to prepare test materials
• Manage participant communications, logistics

Project Control and Support:

• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Support reporting activities and maintain project documentation
• Assist with resource tracking and issue escalation processes

What you bring

Proven track record of setting up and executing high-quality, cross-board programs.

• Experience working in a customer-facing or technical project environment
• Very good Powerpoint skills
• Ability to track milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Experience preparing executive presentations
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
• Curious and eager to learn new tools, methods, and best practices
• Maintains composure under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
• Fluent in English is a must, German a Plus
