Advantest has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. The current focus is on the Supply Chain and Quote to Cash process digitalization.   

Your contribution to our change journey:

  • Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed.
  • Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change.
  • Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
  • Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
  • Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale.
