Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Selbstständige konstruktionssystematische Konzepterstellung
  • Ermittlung von fachbezogenen Anforderungen (Mechanik) auf Grundlage der Produktanforderungen und den User needs. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumenten.
  • Entwurfserstellung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen, Durchführung von technischen Berechnungen und Simulationen (CAE), wie Moldflow-Analysen und Toleranzbetrachtungen.
  • Detailierung der Konstruktion, Erstellung von CAD-Modellen und technischen Zeichnungen sowie die Beschreibung des Design Outputs in Design Dokumenten.
  • Mitarbeit bei "Corrective and preventive actions" bezüglich Fehler-Ursachen-Analyse, Entwicklung von Lösungen und Mitarbeit bei Änderungsbewertungen
  • Initiierung und Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Verifikationsmuster in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf.
  • Bewertung der produktbezogenen Merkmale im Erstmusterprozess.
  • Unterstützung bei der Verifikationsplanung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreiches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau / Feinwerktechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion, Komponentenauslegung und Berechnungen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im allgemeinen Maschinenbau, Konstruktion und Fertigungstechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten und den betroffenen regulatorischen Anforderungen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Target Costing und der konstruktionsbegleitenden Kalkulation
  • Kenntnisse rund um verschiedene Fertigungstechnologien und Einsatzbereiche der jeweiligen Bearbeitungsverfahren
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bei der Auswahl von geeigneten Werkstoffen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der spritzgussgerechten Bauteilkonstruktion
  • Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD-Anwendungen wie Creo Parametric
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (überwiegend MS-Office)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Stücklistenstrukturen innerhalb eines PDM-Systems
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
