Responsibilities: 
  • Independent planning and implementation of strategic procurement projects, in particular preparation, development and implementation of complex tenders in the area of IT purchasing for the software product group. Ensuring uniform procurement processes throughout the Group (also internationally). Further development and implementation of the optimal sourcing strategy.
  • Advising the departments with regard to a demand-optimized sourcing and negotiation strategy. Establishing and maintaining relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the Group.
  • Definition of negotiation strategies and independent negotiation management with conclusion of framework and complex software contracts, also in the environment of monopolists.
  • Elaboration of alternative courses of action and making decisions on awarding contracts.
  • Development of cost optimization strategies and implementation of suitable measures.
  • Establishment and further development of strategic supplier relationships. Carrying out supplier evaluations and initiating appropriate measures in close coordination with the specialist departments.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Degree and many years of relevant professional experience in national/international strategic purchasing for software. Additional expertise in the area of hardware is desirable.
  • Confident appearance and skilled negotiation skills
  • Assertive team player
  • Strong communicator and pragmatic personality with a high sense of responsibility and service mentality
  • You enjoy change and have the drive to actively shape your area of responsibility.
  • Fluent German and English required
