Mit unserer Design- und Planungsabteilung, dem Projektmanagement, der Abteilung für mobile Display- und Präsentationssysteme, Grafik und Produktion sowie unserer Schreinerei entwickeln wir individuelle und ganzheitliche Lösungen für unsere Kunden weltweit. Dabei sind wir stets bestrebt, neue Trends im Messebau zu erkunden und kreative Konzepte umzusetzen.

Wir suchen Dich als:

Account Manager im Displaybereich (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Neukundenakquise und Anfragenbearbeitung - telefonisch, digital oder auf der Messe
  • Aktive Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Persönliche Kundenberatung in unserem Showroom oder vor Ort
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Rechnungsstellung an den Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit als innerbetriebliche Schnittstelle mit unseren Fachbereichen Design, Grafik und Produktion
  • Verantwortlichkeit für Termine, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

Deine Erfahrung:

  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst, Vertrieb - gerne auch Kenntnisse im Messebau/Displaybereich
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerschein wünschenswert
