Responsibilities / TasksJoin the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on- and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes.We are looking for experienced and motivated HR Admin Specialist (Danish and English speaker) (f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin as soon as possible.Your tasks:Be responsible for ongoing HR service delivery, administration of employee life cycle events, handle various HR topics and support payroll team.Be responsible for generating documents, letters, templates and reportsDocument process changes and communicate it to all affected interfaces (ServiceNow, Workday)Maintain employee data in HRIT systemsExecute employee data standards, processes and policies across regional HR Operations to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction Fulfill service level agreements, operational level agreements and other KPI's, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met Your Profile / QualificationsYour Profile / QualificationsApprenticeship (Ausbildung) or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or vocational training & professional experience (> 2 years) Min 1 year HR background OR experience in data managementGood problem solving and administrative as well as high organizational skills, e.g. managing multiple open requisitions Experience in delivering quality work in fast-paced environment Fluent in Danish, English What we offer:International team based in the heart of Berlin-MitteInsight into the dynamic world of an HR Shared Service CenterFlexible home office policy / HybridMonthly Lieferando food voucherJobRad and Urban Sports Club allowanceIn addition to the home office option, your workplace is part of TOG (THE OFFICE GROUP) - an innovative, global shared office concept: look forward to modern, light-flooded office with free coffee and tea specialties.Did we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
