Your Responsibilities:

Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in the talent processes including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management and talent related Platform features.Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and recommend best practices to turn them into effective SuccessFactors Talent processes.Lead projects from scoping to requirements gathering to configuration and testing, deployment and go-live. Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications.Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops.

Your Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management.Proven experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management.Knowledge of HR processes, best practices, with a focus on Talent Management as a minimum.Experience in Platform features, integration, reporting and analytics experience is a plus.Fluent in German and English.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.Ambitious, eager to learn, strongly customer-oriented, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel.
