Team Lead Marketing

As Team Lead Marketing, you will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on delivering high-impact marketing operations, campaigns, and sales enablement programs. Your role ensures that our marketing engine runs smoothly, our digital presence is strong, and our internal and external partners are supported with the right tools, data, and campaigns.

You will oversee a team that includes Revenue Operations, Event Management, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing Specialists. Together, you'll create measurable visibility, support sales enablement, and strengthen Quantum Systems' position as the benchmark for data intelligence solutions with unmanned systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring operational excellence, collaboration, and clarity.
• Drive marketing operations – manage CRM and automation workflows, campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics for performance visibility.
• Oversee campaign and content execution across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Optimize website conversion (CRO) through continuous testing and data-driven improvements
• Coordinate event marketing activities, from industry tradeshows to customer and partner events, ensuring strong brand presence and ROI.
• Manage social media strategy and execution in collaboration with Corporate Communications, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Partner with sales, product, and communications teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
• Establish clear performance metrics and continuously optimize processes for scalability and impact.

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management, ideally in a high-tech or aerospace/defence environment.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional marketing teams and coordinating complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot or similar).
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills for funnel and campaign performance
• Experience in managing digital channels, content, and events.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
