Unsere regionalen Anzeigenblätter und Radiosender begleiten viele Menschen jeden Tag als erste Informations- und Unterhaltungsquelle.
Wir bauen ein agiles, interdisziplinäres AI-Squad, das KI-Use-Cases über mehrere DuMont-Unternehmen hinweg in die Umsetzung bringt. Unser Ziel: KI nicht nur evaluieren, sondern produktiv machen – mit klaren Prioritäten, hoher Geschwindigkeit und messbarem Nutzen.
Daher suchen wir ab sofort in Köln & Remote eine/n AI Automation Engineer (m/w/x).
Deine Aufgaben
- Du gestaltest unternehmensweit skalierbare Automations-Workflows in n8n – von Trigger-Logik bis Fehlerrouten – für z.B. Sales-Briefings, Billing-Prozesse und Chatbots.
- Du konzipierst LLM-Agenten mit (z.B. mit LangChain/CrewAI), die Daten aus CRM, ERP und Content-Systemen in Echtzeit zusammenführen.
- Du bindest Unternehmens- und Drittanbieter-APIs an, managst Auth-Flows und sorgst für reibungslose Datentransfers.
- Du screenst fortlaufend neue AI-Potenziale, bewertest den Business-Impact und priorisierst gemeinsam mit Data-, ML- und Full-Stack-Kollegen die Umsetzung.
- Du treibst als Sparrings-Partnerin für Fachbereiche den kulturellen Wandel hin zu AI-getriebenen Prozessen voran.
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Praxis mit n8n oder vergleichbaren Orchestratoren sowie souveräner Umgang mit Low-Code-Erweiterungen.
- Du ownst fundiertes Prompt-Engineering und Routine im Einsatz von OpenAI-, Google- oder Antrophic-APIs.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Agent-Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI) und Retrieval-Augmented-Generation.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit REST- und SOAP-Technologien inkl. OAuth2, JWT und Webhooks.
- Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in Containerization, GitHub Actions und Cloud-Betrieb, vorzugsweise auf GCP.
