You'll join a senior squad of system thinkers, automation architects, and AI pioneers — the ones who look at a 47-step process and ask, "Why not autonomous?" The ones who see an LLM and think, "How can this redefine our operating model?"

The Hunt

• Identify high-value opportunities for automation and AI augmentation across business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to uncover inefficiencies and design scalable, intelligent solutions.
• Architect agentic workflows that merge systems, data, and decisions seamlessly.
• Lead the implementation of AI-first strategies that accelerate Holidu's operational intelligence.

The Lab

• Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI models and frameworks.
• Design and deploy intelligent agents that adapt, learn, and operate with contextual understanding.
• Prototype rapidly — from idea to production-grade systems — using LLMs, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of experimentation and excellence.

The Collaboration

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams — from Sales and Support to Finance and Marketing.
• Translate strategic business goals into technical AI roadmaps.
• Quantify impact: estimate ROI, set automation priorities, and define success metrics.
• Enable teams to build autonomously — by designing frameworks, not just one-off solutions.

Your role in this journey

We're looking for a
Senior AI Engineer
who doesn't just build automations — you
architect intelligence
. You design systems that think, scale, and self-correct. You know that the beauty of automation isn't in fewer clicks, but in the elegance of a process that runs itself while you sleep.

You're the type who gets restless when you see inefficiency, who leads with vision, and who's comfortable shaping the AI direction of a fast-scaling tech company. You're not just following the AI revolution — you're helping define it.

Current state:
Too many humans doing robot work.

Your backpack is filled with

• A proven track record of delivering AI and automation systems in production.
• Deep experience with LLMs, vector databases, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Airflow, LangChain, etc.).
• System-level thinking — from architecture to security to scalability.
• The ability to mentor and inspire others — technical leadership is part of your DNA.
• A pragmatic mindset — you care about elegant, maintainable solutions, not just clever ones.
• The storytelling skills to make complex ideas accessible to non-technical teams.
