Technical Customer Success Manager- Internship

Focus: We are offering a 12-month internship for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in a client facing role using their financial market knowledge on programming and applied data solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Satisfaction is key for us. Our Customer Success Specialists are both product and workflow specialists and are of the utmost importance for our organization.

You will oversee a portfolio of clients with the aim to ensure the full satisfaction of your users.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an expert on your field(s) and advise clients on their respective workflows
• Train users on the different tools of LSEG
• Ensure client satisfaction during the whole Client LifeCycle
• Contribute to the improvement of our tools and data by feeding back client needs and suggestions to our product team
• Identify additional sales opportunities
• Organize and coordinate our digital training offering
• Develop and maintain tools and automation scripts using Excel VBA.
• Build and optimize applications in Python and C++
• Support ongoing projects in data analysis, automation, and process improvement
• Collaborate with team members to design efficient technical solutions
• Document and present results in a clear and structured way

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Excel VBA, Python, and C++ (very important).
• Interest in automation, data analysis, and software development
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good financial markets knowledge ideally (EQ, FI and FX)
• An understanding of the Sales and Trading markets
• Able to use data to make decisions, understand /interpret data sets to analyse trends, simplify sophisticated problems and express themselves thoughtfully
• Ability to challenge team members and be challenged, provide and receive feedback to achieve team goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market
