Your responsibilities

  • Support the Business Partners (BPs) with ongoing tender activities and supplier engagements
  • Assist the BPs and the Lead Business Solutions Excellence (LBSE) with spend analysis and aggregation of information
  • Support the BPs with invoice checking and purchase order creation
  • Convert information into meaningful presentations for management meetings
  • Participate in Procurement trainings and learn from an experienced network of colleagues
  • Interest and curiosity for learning digitalization and operational excellence 
 

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, BusinessInformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field
  • Strong interest in Procurement Management
  • First working experience in this field is a plus
  • Good analytical skills for processes relating to Procurement with a focus on P2P and Procurement Management
  • Strong interest and ideally first experiences working in an international and diverse working environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English required (German knowledge is a plus)
