senior sales leader (f/m/d)
ready to scale, coach, and develop a high-performing team in one of Europe's fastest-growing hospitality tech scale-ups.

The Opportunity
After strong growth in the DACH region, the company is now expanding into France and the UK. Backed by a €20M growth equity round, it's entering its next scale-up phase — and is now looking for a
Head of Sales / Senior Sales Leader (f/m/d)
to lead and grow an international sales team.
This is a key leadership role with significant impact on new business revenue, go-to-market execution, and international expansion. The role is particularly well suited for an experienced Sales Manager or Director who has scaled within a high-growth SaaS environment and is ready to step into broader ownership and strategic responsibility.
Your Mission
You'll own new business revenue across DACH and key international markets — leading and developing a small, high-impact team of Account Executives and BDRs, while scaling and professionalising the go-to-market motion.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead & Coach:
Lead from the front and develop a growing team of AEs and BDRs. Coach different seniority levels, join customer meetings, model best practices, and create a strong performance culture.
Drive Growth:
Own the new business pipeline across DACH, France, and the UK. Ensure consistent quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
Implement Structure:
Apply and embed proven sales frameworks (e.g. SPICED, MEDDICC) and drive process excellence in CRM (HubSpot), building on what already works and scaling it further.
Partner-Influenced Selling:
Work closely with Partnerships and Solution Engineering to leverage the open API platform and partner ecosystem in complex, consultative sales cycles.
Scale the Organization:
Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent as the organization grows from ~5 to ~15 FTE. Contribute to future org design, incentives, and performance standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership or senior sales management (mid-market / platform-driven environment)
- Proven success in complex, consultative sales cycles (6–9+ months)
- Experience scaling teams and revenue within a high-growth SaaS organization, ideally at €20M+ ARR stage
- Strong track record in new business generation and team quota achievement
- Hands-on experience coaching and developing sales teams at different seniority levels
- Familiarity with partner-led or ecosystem-influenced sales motions
- Fluency in German and English (C1/C2)
- Bonus: exposure to hospitality, travel tech, or proptech SaaS and experience supporting GTM expansion into France or the UK
