We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead business development and account management efforts with a Global
Tier 1 Automotive supplier
for
In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) technologies
. You'll play a key role in building relationships, driving design-ins, and growing revenue through OEM partnerships across global automotive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with Key Premuim OEM customers in the IVI domain.
- Identify and close new business opportunities for IVI platforms and software solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, quotations, and program negotiations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer roadmaps.
- Monitor market trends, customer programs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in
automotive B2B sales
, ideally within IVI or connected vehicle systems. - Proven success managing Tier 1/OEM relationships and securing program awards.
- Strong understanding of IVI architectures, connectivity, and automotive electronics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
