We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Regional Commercial Handover Manager (f/m/d)
to ensure a smooth transition of newly awarded tenders from the commercial team to our operations, finance, and customer service departments. This key role is vital to ensuring consistent service delivery, alignment across departments, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a structured and efficient handover of awarded tenders to the operations, finance, and customer service teams.
Facilitate internal and external meetings to clarify contract deliverables, service expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Define KPIs and set up reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of contract execution after handover.
Provide regular feedback to the commercial team on operational challenges, lessons learned, and opportunities for process optimization.
Identify risks within the handover process and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
Act as the bridge between sales, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Your Profile
Strong background in commercial operations, project management, or contract execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and risk management.
Analytical thinking and experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
