Regional Manager – Germany

Our client, a technical company operating in Greece and abroad, is seeking a Regional Manager that will be based in Germany.

The Regional Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising Field Engineers within a specific region, ensuring the timely, high-quality and efficient completion of all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and guide the team of Field Engineers to ensure the smooth execution of all regional projects.
  • Monitor project progress regarding quality, quantity, and adherence to timelines.
  • Train, support, and mentor Field Engineers.
  • Manage major issues involving municipalities and local authorities.
  • Maintain daily presence on construction sites, overseeing productivity, activities, and warehouse management.
  • Ensure proper allocation and management of materials across the worksites under his/her responsibility.
  • Identify and evaluate new local suppliers.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for communication with the Municipality regarding project progress.
  • Monitor and report on productivity, ensuring achievement of targets and schedules.
  • Plan upcoming phases and contribute to the long-term development of the project.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Polytechnic School or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Driving license (Category B).
  • Knowledge of the German language will be considered an asset.
