Job Description

  1. Innovate the exterior design of new products to ensure alignment with Xiaomi's strategy and market trends; enhance product user experience.

  2. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other team members to drive the realization of design concepts from ideation to mass production.

  3. Apply creativity in design to propose novel design concepts and solutions.

  4. Maintain sharp insight into design trends and technologies to continuously advance innovation.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the mobile phone, automotive, or consumer electronics industry, with experience in early-stage innovation and late-stage mass production implementation.

  2. In-depth understanding of the automotive industry; prior experience in automotive parts projects is preferred.

  3. Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating design concepts through hand-drawing, 3D modeling, rendering, and rapid prototyping.

  4. Strong color perception, with interest and insight into fashion and popular trends.

  5. High appreciation for aesthetics, coupled with bold creativity and attention to detail.

  6. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
