Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operation monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of data center IT equipment (servers, network devices, storage, etc.) to ensure stable and secure system operation.
  • Handle daily faults, events, and alarms, respond promptly, and perform root cause analysis and fault repair.
  • Assist in server racking, cabling, network connection, and system installation and configuration.
  • Responsible for the basic maintenance, patch updates, and security hardening of operating systems (Linux/Windows).
  • Monitor system performance (CPU, memory, bandwidth, disk, etc.) and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Maintain operation and maintenance documents, operation logs, and inspection reports.
  • Cooperate with customers for remote support, testing, and on-site troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT system operation and maintenance or data center on-site support.
  • Familiar with the installation and maintenance of mainstream operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
  • Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, firewalls, etc.).
  • Able to read and understand technical documents and possess basic English communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • 负责数据中心IT设备(服务器、网络设备、存储等)的日常运行监控、巡检和维护,确保系统稳定、安全运行。
  • 处理日常故障、事件及告警,及时响应并进行根因分析与故障修复。
  • 协助执行服务器上架、布线、网络连接及系统安装配置等工作。
  • 负责操作系统(Linux / Windows)的基础维护、补丁更新与安全加固。
  • 监控系统性能(CPU、内存、带宽、磁盘等),并提出优化建议。
  • 维护运维文档、操作记录和巡检报告。
  • 配合客户进行远程支持、测试及现场问题排查。

任职要求:

  • 大专及以上学历,计算机、信息技术或相关专业。
  • 具备1–3年IT系统运维或数据中心现场支持经验。
  • 熟悉主流操作系统(Linux、Windows Server)的安装与维护。
  • 具备基本网络知识(TCP/IP、VLAN、路由、防火墙等)。
  • 能阅读和理解技术文档,具备基础英语沟通能力。
  • 责任心强,工作细致,有良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
