Please note that this position is on-site in Augsburg, and advanced English and German skills are required.
What You'll Do
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
Working closely with a Co-Founder on more general HR topics like cost analysis or taking care of our internal HR-System
Help prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and support documentation for new hires
Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Respond to employee inquiries and support HR operations to ensure satisfaction and engagement
Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
What Makes You a Great Fit
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Available for a 6 month internship in our Augsburg office
Strong interest in how a business works, especially from the HR and talent management perspective
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Team player who can also work independently with a proactive mindset
