Systems Engineer:

PACE Engineering and IT, parte del gruppo TXT, è attiva nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate per il settore aerospaziale e della difesa. In un contesto di forte innovazione e crescita, ricerchiamo un* System Engineer con esperienza in Mission Systems per contribuire allo sviluppo di hardware avionico ad alte prestazioni.

Responsabilità

Guidare la progettazione e lo sviluppo tecnico di hardware per sistemi di missione aeronautici.

Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dell'ingegneria di sistema: dalla definizione dei requisiti all'integrazione, verifica e qualificazione.

Coordinare la redazione della documentazione tecnica, garantendo conformità agli standard di programma.

Supervisionare le attività di test e supportare lo sviluppo di strutture dedicate.

Preparare la documentazione per la certificazione e la conformità normativa secondo le regolamentazioni aeronautiche.

Collaborare con stakeholder interni ed esterni per garantire l'allineamento su obiettivi tecnici, di tempistiche e prestazioni.

Fornire report regolari sull'avanzamento tecnico e sui rischi al Chief Engineering e al Programme Management.

Requisiti

Titolo di studio: Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Ingegneria Elettrica, Informatica o discipline affini.

Competenze tecniche indispensabili:

Esperienza nella progettazione di piattaforme IMA (Integrated Modular Avionics).

Conoscenza approfondita degli standard avionici militari open: MOSA, SOSA, FACE, Pyramid.

Familiarità con gli standard DO-178C, DO-254, DO-297.

Competenze tecniche preferenziali: Esperienza pratica con sistemi di missione.

Lingua: Inglese fluente.

Competenze trasversali: Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione, orientamento alla collaborazione e alla condivisione dei risultati.
