Currently, we are looking for an Interior Detail Designer working for a new Disruptive and High-End Brand. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. Here we strongly believe in the power of design as a propeller towards continuous innovation and breaking boundaries. What you will be doing: 

• Develop innovative, high-end design solutions and product concepts for automotive interiors that enhance our premium brand identity and align with our interior architecture and DNA.
• Generate fresh, forward-thinking ideas that push boundaries while ensuring industrial feasibility and readiness for production.
• Work seamlessly in both 2D and 3D to support production programs.
• Take ownership of projects, driving the team to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of design development.
• Prepare impactful presentations for senior management, communicating design concepts and project progress.

What you will bring: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive interior detail design, specializing in detailed component design.
• Extensive experience in interior detail design and development across both concept and production projects.
• Strong 3D thinking skills, with an emphasis on proportion, sophistication, and a refined sense for graphics and form.
• Expertise in integrating cultural insights into design characteristics.
• Ability to guide and support collaboration partners, such as CAS and Class-A, to achieve timely, high-quality execution.
