Wir suchen einen kreativen Product Designer mit einem hohen ästhetischen Anspruch und Leidenschaft für Interior- und Lifestyle-Produkte.

Du liebst gutes Design, hast ein feines Gespür für Formen, Farben und Materialien und möchtest Produkte gestalten, die Menschen wirklich begeistern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

• Entwerfen und Weiterentwickeln unserer bestehenden Produktlinien (Keramik, Glas, Textilien, Accessoires etc.) – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt
• Entwicklung neuer Kollektionen und Produktdesigns im Einklang mit der Markenästhetik von Motel a Miio
• Erstellung von Konzeptskizzen, Moodboards sowie Material- und Farbkonzepten
• Beobachtung von Trends in Design, Interior und Lifestyle – und deren kreative Übersetzung in unsere Produktwelt
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen im gesamten Produktentwicklungs- und Designprozess
• Sicherstellen, dass jedes neue Produkt die Motel-a-Miio-DNA trägt und emotional begeistert

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lifestyle-, Interior- oder Fashion-Bereich, idealerweise im Produktbereich
• Ein ausgeprägtes Taste-Level und feines Gespür für Trends, Qualität & Details
• Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und ein sicheres Gefühl für Markenästhetik und Storytelling
• Erfahrung in allen Phasen des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
• Ein gutes Verständnis für Marken und Konsument*innen
• Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments aktiv mitzugestalten

We are looking for a creative Product Designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for interior and lifestyle products.

You love thoughtful design, have an eye for shapes, colors and materials, and want to create products that truly inspire people? Then you'll feel right at home with us.

• Designing and further developing our existing product lines (ceramics, glassware, textiles, accessories, etc.) - from the first concept to the final product
• Developing new collections and product designs, that are aligned with the Motel a Miio brand aesthetic
• Creating concept sketches, mood boards, as well as material and color concepts
• Identifying trends in design, interior and lifestyle and translating them creatively into our product world
• Working closely with other departments throughout the entire product development and design process
• Ensuring that every new product carries the Motel a Miio DNA and inspires on an emotional level

• Several years of experience in the lifestyle, interior or fashion sector, ideally within product design
• A strong sense of taste and a refined eye for trends, quality and details
• Creativity, initiative and a confident feel for brand aesthetics and storytelling
• Experience across all phases of the product development process
• A solid understanding of brands, consumers and their needs
• Motivation to take ownership and actively shape the ongoing development of our product assortment
