CPU Sales Specialist (CSS) for EMEA Embedded Channel - Job Description

  • Roles and responsibilities

  • Report into the EMEA Embedded Channel Sales Director

  • Build and execute a strategy to develop the x86 Embedded business with EMEA Channel
  • Identified and develop new accounts - chip down or ODM business
  • Work with AMD Channel sales team and Distribution partners to develop the x86 embedded revenue and opportunity pipeline
  • Work with ODM partners

  • Relationship building and opportunity reviews

  • Create account plans
  • Facilitate the relationship between ODMs and distribution partners
  • Feedback gaps in platforms portfolio

  • Work with AMD Embedded Segment leads and BU (Understand the x86 product portfolio and roadmap, Support the global ODM strategy, Report products and ODM platforms gaps)

  • Drive x86 events (AMD supported events or partners events (ODM, Distribution)) and regional trainings

  • Skills

  • Min 5 years of experience in developing x86 embedded business in EMEA

  • Good experience in developing business with x86 ODM partners
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English fluent, German is a plus
  • Travels - min 50%
