Clinical Product Specialist Surgical Devices

InkarasBio is seeking a Product Specialist to join a leading company in the medical devices sector, specializing in cutting-edge surgical treatments.

You will be joining a successful team in Germany, maintaining and scaling customer relationships in the North West region (NRW).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about new technologies in interventional radiology and surgical areas, or someone looking to transition from a clinical sales-focused role to a position with more emphasis on product support and customer engagement/relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Become a subject matter expert on an established surgical product line. Youll provide detailed demonstrations and consultations to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand the products full capabilities and benefits.
  • Customer Training & Support: Lead training sessions for new users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the product. Offer continuous post-sales support to clients, helping them optimize product usage and achieve the best outcomes for patients.
  • Less Sales-Focused: While your background in sales will be valuable, this role focuses on customer relationships, product expertise, and ongoing clinical support rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Established Market: Step into a role where youll manage an existing, well-established market, allowing you to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and product optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to provide insights from the field that can enhance customer experience and contribute to product improvements.

Who You Are:

  • A professional with clinical/surgical expertiseeither in sales or clinical applicationswho has experience training customers on medical devices in the OR environment, explaining new technologies, and conducting demos.
  • Someone with a passion for healthcare innovation.
  • A strong communicator capable of explaining technical details to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • A collaborator who can work cross-functionally to provide the best solutions for clients.
  • Ideally, someone with a scientific or clinical educational background.

PLEASE NOTE: As the role involves selling products in Germany, fluency in German is required. We cannot consider candidates who do not meet this requirement. Additionally, candidates must have residency and a full work permit to live and work in Germany.
