(fixed term) to shape new worlds of work

Where You Make An Impact

  • You'll be the first point of contact for managers and employees, independently supporting them in all HR administrative matters
  • You'll prepare and verify relevant data for monthly payroll
  • You'll be our expert for all administrative processes (e.g., phased retirement, company pension plans, employee benefits), executing and continuously optimizing them
  • You'll create employment contracts, amendments, and other operational documents, while continuously improving and digitizing them
  • You'll support our HR Business Partners and departments with data entry and updates in our HR tool "Workday"
  • You'll enjoy working on small and large projects across the vibrant world of HR

What Makes You Be The Perfect Fit

  • You're a true team player, proactive, and comfortable in an international environment
  • You have experience in payroll and HR administrative tasks
  • You speak fluent German or Hungarian, and your English is conversational
  • Ideally, you have experience working with Workday
