YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams to ensure smooth expansion processes and strategic growth across Europe
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis with a high focus on Eastern Europe and Iberia
  • Collaborate with brokers, developers, and authorities to secure prime retail spaces
  • Evaluate property offers based on cost, location quality, and contractual flexibility
  • Negotiate leases and manage renewals in line with business KPIs and legal standards
    Coordinate store opening projects including construction, branding, and quality control

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Geography, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, or site development
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, ideally with certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
    High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across Europe
