We are currently looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager (m/w/d) to take on a critical role in our Client Delivery team for our German core banking solution. Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt.

About the team:

The Client Delivery and Onboarding team is positioned within the Client Experience (CX) organisation and serves as a strategic enabler for client success.  The mission is to lead and be accountable for all aspects of assigned change initiatives in the Kordoba business domain.   The team delivers a wide range of business and technical change that may be focused on client implementations or internal information system-specific programs, involving development, enhancement and rollout of solutions, technology integration, data migration and/or infrastructure environment build-out.

Role Overview:

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of change and the change relationship into one or more assigned strategic clients. Alternatively, you may be asked to take a leading role in the onboarding of a new client into the Kordoba service ensuring that the requirements of the client and overall program of work are met.  This is a leadership position, leading direct and matrix teams, guiding initiatives from concept through to delivery while fostering collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

• Leading large delivery teams, whether matrixed or direct reports, from conception to completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements
• Manage and lead all aspects of client programs / initiative, setting delivery approach and strategy, with responsibility for oversight of vendors and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison ensuring delivery success
• Maintain and grow client relationships focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship
• Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new FIS products or services.

What you bring:

• Proven experience leading all aspects of large program teams delivering technology change in client / supplier environment
• Have worked in similar senior management positions within technology or financial services organizations
• Experience managing up to three or more strategic client relationships with delivery of complex services and total annual revenue of less than €20 million
• Experience as key stakeholder in bid teams, driving solutioning, estimating and pricing
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and German, bridging technical and business perspectives
• Willingness to travel to client sites in support of solution delivery and stakeholder engagement

Added bonus if you have:

• Management / delivery experience working for an automotive financial services organization
• Management / delivery experience working for retail and corporate banks
