Job DescriptionDeine Hauptaufgaben
- Ad‑hoc Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen mit Bezug auf Rechnungserklärungen, myCHEP, Kontoanlage, Kontrolle und Verbesserung des Zahlungsverhaltens sowie Stammdaten
- Proaktives Account Management, u.d. durch monatliche Kontobereinigung, Überprüfung der Kunden‑KPIs und Umsetzung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Effizienz Überprüfung der KPIs und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung
- Inventurplanung, -Durchführung, Auswertung und Verhandlung von Auditergebnissen
- Bearbeitung der Working-Queue und Weiterleitung eingehender Anfragen an den entsprechenden Account Executive
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Schnittstellen
Erfahrung und Skillset:
- Erste Erfahrungen im Kundensupport, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Starke Kundenorientierung mit freundlichem und kompetentem Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich & mündlich)
- Schnelles Erfassen von Business Cases und Finden von Lösungen zur Kundenzufriedenheit und KPI‑Verbesserung
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und proaktivem Arbeiten
- Sehr gute strukturierte, prozess‑ und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- MS‑Office, SAP, CRM (wünschenswert)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
