As a Commercial Manager at Check Point you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic sales team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred), excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security sales professionals
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions

Customer/Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Work closely with them to understand customers/partners needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
  • Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention

Sales Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to Sales Director Commercial

Coaching And Development

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective sales techniques
  • Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
  • Working with employees close to strategic account planning and MEDDPICC

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in IT (security) sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
  • Goods skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Business acumen and process driven
  • Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
  • Native German language, fluent English language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
  • You can work remotely, with regular visits of the office by demand
