Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für unsere Infrastruktur-Strategie, deren Umsetzung und den stabilen Betrieb unserer Infrastruktur.
  • Hands-on statt nur Management: Du hast Spaß an der praktischen Arbeit und packst selbst auch mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Technische Expertise einbringen: Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Dienstleister, stehst den IT-Einheiten unserer Kunden für Fragen zur Verfügung und unterstützt unsere Projekte bei Bedarf mit deinem Know-how.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Datenschutz-, IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Beauftragten zusammen, um höchste Standards zu gewährleisten.
  • Teamführung mit Weitblick: Du führst ein kleines, spezialisiertes Team und entwickelst es fachlich und persönlich weiter.
  • Überblick: Auch das Lizenzmanagement siehst Du als wichtigen Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit.

Dein Profil

  • Technik ist deine Welt: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in skalierbaren IT-Infrastrukturen, modernen Arbeitsplatzumgebungen, Netzwerktechnik, IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen und Hardware – und scheust dich nicht vor praktischen Aufgaben.
  • Erfahrung zählt: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen mit.
  • Kommunikationsstark: Du bist ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister, IT-Einheiten unserer Kunden und interne Stakeholder.
  • Verantwortungsbewusst: Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Internationale Welt: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
