We are looking for
our new Area Manager (M/F) Region: Germany – Austria – Flanders (Belgium)
(Network currently in full development)

Permanent Contract – Full Time

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Area Manager is responsible for the
overall management
of the region, including
staff, merchandise, and customer service
.

He/She is also responsible for achieving the
sales objectives
of the assigned region, maintaining and exceeding high operational and merchandising standards,
building highly motivated teams
, and developing team members.

MAIN MISSIONS

Sales

  • Plan and develop an overall
    sales and marketing strategy
    , and execute the sales plan to achieve company goals.
  • Explore the regional market by identifying
    new business opportunities
    .
  • Achieve sales targets for the boutiques.
  • Analyze available
    sales reports and data
    to determine action plans and define related strategies.
  • Set clear objectives for
    Store Managers
    .
  • Collaborate with the
    Marketing Department
    to identify opportunities to boost sales.
  • Propose
    events and incentives
    to grow the customer base, with a particular focus on developing
    local markets
    .
  • Develop
    sales forecasts
    and
    strategic plans
    to ensure sales growth, product launches, and profitability, while monitoring business performance and market trends.
  • Provide
    regular market analysis and reports
    , including regional market capacity, demand evolution, industry dynamics, competition, and customer feedback.

Customer Service

  • Recruit, coach, and develop
    team members to optimize overall performance.
  • Monitor individual performance and prepare
    development plans
    .
  • Ensure that all team members
    follow standard operating procedures
    and adhere to codes of conduct.
  • Guide the team toward achieving
    company KPIs
    , setting ambitious yet attainable goals.

Operations

  • Ensure proper
    maintenance, presentation, and organization
    of the boutiques.
  • Oversee that teams
    handle deliveries correctly and on time
    .
  • Ensure
    inventory accuracy
    and reduction of stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain effective communication with
    head office teams
    and other boutiques.

Merchandising / Visual

  • Implement and maintain all
    merchandising guidelines
    , ensuring the proper execution of in-store merchandising strategies.
  • Work in partnership with
    logistics, merchandising teams, and supervisors
    to guarantee an appropriate assortment for each boutique.
  • Ensure that the
    sales area is organized and reflects an impeccable visual image
    at all times.
  • Identify and report
    product issues
    promptly.
  • Communicate
    stock needs
    to support sales.

Human Resources

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel.
  • Support, implement, and follow up on all
    training programs, workshops, and seminars
    .
  • Continuously
    evaluate individual performance
    and provide constant feedback to ensure results.
  • Resolve any
    HR-related issues
    quickly and effectively, in partnership with the HR department when necessary.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • You
    love APM Monaco
  • You have at least
    5 years of experience
    in dynamic and international
    retail brands
    .
  • You have at least
    2 years of managerial experience
    as a
    Regional Director / Area Manager
    , preferably in
    contemporary fashion, fashion jewelry, or luxury brands
    .
  • You are
    fluent in German and English
    .
  • You can analyze
    sales reports
    and respond quickly.
  • You have
    strong communication and organizational skills
    .
  • You are
    agile, driven, and above all, passionate
    .
