As part of an Area Team, you, as the Area Visual Manager,are responsible to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Global Visual Strategy. You support the Sales and Profit goals in your Area by following up and initiate actions to reach goals and budget. create a plan to deliver Great Customer Experience in line with the Global Visual Strategy for Weekday. You ensure your Area has great Visual Teams by actively working with succession planning and developing talents.

What you need to succeed:
- Experience working as an Area Visual , Area Visual support or Visual Manager.
- Good English language skills both verbal & written.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in coaching and leading a team.
- Proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team.
- Excellent communication skills.
