Position:  full-time
Duties:
  • Maintain records and files per FAP SOP and ACS standards.
  • Answer and log phone calls and voice messages.
  • Update FAP administrators on daily tasks.
  • Develop timelines for documents and correspondence.
  • Handle correspondence like clearance requests, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Compile data from all FAP components into a single Excel database.
  • Maintain and update a library of FAP references.
  • Assist with marketing FAP classes and briefs.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, with a high school or college diploma.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and email.
  • 18 months managing files in an Army setting or 1 year in an office.
  • Complete AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, and IA training within specified timelines
  • Attend post-award conferences and progress meetings
