Für unser dynamisches und kreatives Engineering Team am Standort Karlsruhe suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40 h) als Delivery Manager Wells & Drilling  (m/w/d). 

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Wells und Drilling; von der Planung bis hin zur Ausführung.Du lebst HSEEQ Richtlinien und kümmerst dich um die Einhaltung der Prozesssicherheit.Du prüfst und gibst Bohrdesigns, Programme und Risikobewertungen der Auftragnehmer frei.Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Projekt-Stakeholder sowie externe Partner.Du unterstützt die Feldentwicklungsplanung und die langfristige  Wells-Strategie.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du hast einen Bachelor-, Master-/Diplomabschluss im Bereich Engineering, Drilling Engineering oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.Du hast mindestens 15 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Drilling & Completions.Gültige IWCF‑Zertifizierung Level 4 (Surface BOP).Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Bohrloch‑Engineering‑ und Reporting‑Software, Echtzeit‑Bohrdatenplattformen sowie MS Office.Du sprichst flüssig deutsch und englisch.
